What a year, 2017 has flown by! But we’ve had so much going on this year and we are looking forward to an even busier 2018.
Stanford Coachworks have worked with many local authorities and over the years we have built many vehicles including school buses, wheelchair accessible vehicles, bariatric designs and community transport minibuses for various local authorities. We have developed relationships with several councils and we understand their requirements, we ensure all of our vehicles are built to the highest quality providing local authorities longevity from their vehicles.

Stanford Coachworks work with many councils and for a number of years we have worked with Hampshire council. Hampshire appreciate the personal and flexible service that we can provide them. We were awarded the framework agreement to build minibuses for Hampshire, their fleet primarily consists of Ford Transit conversions however we have built on other models for them including a Citroen Relay earlier this year. Their vehicles are used for transporting clients at various schools and day centres, aiding the community.
We did it! Stanford Coachworks took part in the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on Sunday 24th September, riding alongside 92000 people across the globe supporting prostate cancer and men’s mental health. Stanford Coachworks took part in the Southend-on-sea ride, the group met in Shoeburyness and rode through the town along the A13 to meet again in Old Leigh where a local restaurant The Boatyard welcomed the riders with tea/coffee and refreshments.
