  • Side steps are exposed to a range of different weather and road conditions so sometimes they can become jammed with dirt and grit. Try cleaning your side step thoroughly by jet washing it.

    We also recommend using silicone spray as this helps to repel any dirt / grit. Please avoid using WD40 as this only attracts further dirt / grit.

    I have tried the above but my side step still isn’t working, what should I do now?

    Your side step may be damaged. Take a look underneath it to see if you can find any visible signs of damage then give us a call on 01375 676088 so that our friendly production team can help.

  • Firstly, check to find who the manufacturer of your heating / air conditioning is. This will either be Eberspacher or Webasto.

    If I’m not sure who the manufacturer is, how can I find out?

    The manufacturer’s name will be printed on the heating / air conditioning controls. The full manufacturers guide can also be found in the book pack supplied with your vehicle.

    If your manufacturer is Eberspacher:

    Please note: To maintain your manufacturer warranty, heaters / air conditioning units must be serviced at regular intervals. Exact intervals and full information can be found in the manufacturers guide in your vehicle book pack.

  • Firstly, check to find who the manufacturer of your tail lift is. This will either be Ricon or PLS.

    If I’m not sure who the manufacturer is, how can I find out?

    The manufacturer’s name will be printed on the tail lift. The full manufacturers guide can also be found in the book pack supplied with your vehicle.
