Two New Red Minibuses for Wandsworth Community Transport

This month we have had the pleasure of converting two new wheelchair accessible minibuses for one of our long-standing clients, Wandsworth Community Transport. We first supplied Wandsworth CT with a minibus over 20 years ago (in 2003!) and we have been working together ever since to help them grow their fleet of accessible minibuses. All of their minibuses are used to support individuals in their local community who require specialist transport services.

Who are Wandsworth Community Transport?

Wandsworth Community Transport are a registered charity who provide a variety of specialist transport options to local non-profit organisations such as school, churches, sheltered housing accommodations, disability groups, and more. In addition to this, the charity also runs Wandsworth Shopmobility, a shopping shuttle and regular outings for elderly and disabled passengers. For organisations looking to gain specialist training for staff members who transport clients, Wandsworth CT provides high-standard MIDAS and passenger assistant training services along with additional training for those looking to gain their D1 minibus driving licence.

We would like to say thank you to Wandsworth Community Transport for their continued support over the past 20 years and we really hope that their client’s benefit from using their two new Stanfords minibuses. We look forward to continuing our work with the team at Wandsworth Community Transport in the future. To find out more about Wandsworth Community Transport’s services, please click here.
