Premium Flat Floor Mercedes Sprinter

At Stanford Coachworks our bespoke design approach allows us to convert vehicles to meet our clients personalised specification, however premium it may be. Our latest wheelchair accessible minibus included many aspects incorporated in our top-of-the-range luxury Monaco conversions.

Our latest clients are based in Staffordshire and operate a luxury minibus and coach hire business. They currently have a variety of 30 different sized vehicles available to hire for a range of of activities including airport transfers, corporate events, school trips and sightseeing tours. The latest premium vehicle to be added to their fleet is the SCW wheelchair accessible Flat Floor Mercedes Sprinter.

The Flat Floor Design

This wheelchair accessible Mercedes Sprinter features our specialist Flat Floor design and can facilitate up to 16 passengers or 5 wheelchairs with seats removed. The Flat Floor design helps to increase passenger space in the rear saloon by eliminating all wheel arch intrusions therefore allowing for unrestricted wheelchair and seating space.

The Bespoke Stanfords Touch

Inside, the vehicle has been trimmed with soft-feel durable materials and each seat is upholstered in our client’s chosen patterned moquette which features colourful orange accents. With all of our conversions, we also reupholster the factory-trimmed front cabin seats so that they match the rest of the vehicle.

Being a luxury minibus and coach hire company, it was important that our client’s new minibus followed suit with their other premium specification vehicles. In order to do this, we included some of our luxury Monaco features within the build such as LED colour changing roof lighting, low-level comfort blue lighting, privacy tinted rear windows and an illuminated electric side step.

Exterior Design

This minibus is based on the Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 chassis with privacy tinted passenger windows.

Vehicle Capacity

This vehicle can facilitate up to 16 passengers (15 in the rear and 1 in the front) or 5 wheelchairs with seats removed.

Interior Design

All passenger seats are upholstered fully in a patterned moquette and the interior of the vehicle is trimmed in soft-feel material.

Front Cabin

Both the driver’s and front cab passenger’s seats are reupholstered to match the rear saloon. The main control panel can also be found here.

Storage

Wheelchair restraint storage boxes and an overhead lockable storage compartment have also been included in this vehicle.

Lighting

Monaco-style colour changing roof lights, LED white centre lights and low-level blue lights have been included.

Passenger Entry

Our Monaco-style illuminated electric side step is fitted below the side load door and allows easy passenger entry.
